Users worldwide can collaborate as never before, exchanging ideas, opinion, and data, and exposing each other to a growing and seemingly unlimited online knowledge base. Web 2.0, it seems, was simply made for the education market. In this session, I’ll share with you how using Web 2.0-based learning tools and applications facilitates better sharing and collaboration , and makes it easier for students to interact, allowing the best ideas to surface and evolve as participants work together.

Do you think that Business Intelligence is only big in business? I’ll discuss how we can take a page from the corporate world’s book and apply lessons learned there to better help us tune the learning experience for today’s students. And virtualization, or virtual labs if you will, plays an even more substantive role as we each grapple with shrinking budgets and the quick pace at which technology changes. Staying abreast of technological advancements and being able to embrace the right changes for our students’ benefit is paramount.
