As President and Business Unit Head, Sapnesh Lalla, is responsible for continuing the rapid growth and development of every area of NIIT's Enterprise Learning Solutions business, throughout the geographies of North America, the United Kingdom and Europe.Sapnesh has enjoyed a long and accomplished tenure while at the company. Joining in 1992, Sapnesh began his career with NIIT in the technical side of the business.Sapnesh has been a pioneer for NIIT in the US market. Rising through the ranks, Sapnesh relocated to the United States in 1996 as a Group Consultant and in 1999 was promoted to Business Manager. |

Amitabh Lahiri Senior Vice President - Global Delivery and Operations |

As Senior Vice President - Global Delivery and Operations, Amitabh Lahiri has overall responsibility for all the service offerings of the business across all geographies. An engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee and a Masters in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Amitabh is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has worked in manufacturing, consulting and BPO environments. Prior to joining NIIT, he was the business leader for the Learning Centre of Excellence at Genpact. Amitabh has also had very long and sucessful tenures with Larsen & Toubro and Crompton Greaves. |

Dr. Chip Cleary, Ph.D. Vice President, Strategy and Consulting |

Dr. Chip Cleary leads the Strategy and Consulting Services practice for the Knowledge Solutions Business of NIIT. He works with Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, and other organizations to develop strategies to maximize the impact they realize from learning. His clients include Mercury Interactive, Amway, Allstate, BEA Systems, and others. Cleary’s interests are in developing more powerful approaches to enable continuous learning as well as in measuring and managing the impact of learning. Dr. Cleary holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University’s Institute from the Learning Sciences, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and a B.S.E.E. from Yale University. |

Dr. Gregg Collins, Ph.D. Vice President, Instructional Design |

Gregg Collins is the Head of Instructional Design for NIIT worldwide. A Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Yale University, Dr. Collins played a key role in the seminal research carried out at ILS and was one of the authors of Northwestern's graduate program in Instructional Design . He was a co-founder of Cognitive Arts Corporation, which was incorporated in 1995 to commercialize ILS. Dr. Collins became Head of instructional design for Cognitive Arts in 1996, and subsequently for NIIT when it acquired Cognitive Arts in 2002.During this time, projects created under Dr. Collins's leadership have won numerous international awards, and Cognitive Arts has consistently been recognized as a pioneer and leader in the effective use of instructional design and technology to support pedagogy. |

PR Subramanian is the Chief Financial Officer of NIIT (USA) Inc. Graduating from the University of Madras, he holds a Commerce Graduate with a Charter of Accounting and Company Secretary with a B.COM, ACA ACS. Joining in 1990, PR began his career as Manager of Accounts. Rising through the ranks he moved to International Accounting and in 1995 was moved to the US to head the accounting function for the US and Singapore offices. With nearly three decades of functional expertise and practical experience, throughout the years Mr. Subramanian's contributions have been many. He has pioneered and leveraged the efficiency of outsourcing back office accounting tasks and has been a key contributor in mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs including NIIT Technologies, Osprey, DEI, Cognitive Arts and Element K. A true global citizen, Mr. Subramanian is on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. |

Sandra R. Pruitt, SPHR Senior Director of Human Resources |

Sandra R. Pruitt is the Senior Director of Human Resources for NIIT (USA), Inc. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management, majoring in Human Resources from Kennesaw State University and has over 22 years Human Resource Management experience. As a Senior Professional of Human Resource, (SPHR), Sandy's strengths include a diverse generalist background with expertise in employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, global immigration and benefits negotiation and administration. She has been a part of the NIIT’s growth, working as member of the due diligence team to acquire and merge various businesses into the NIIT family, including Osprey, DEI, Cognitive Arts and Element K. While working with NIIT, she was awarded membership to the prestigious President’s Club as a Pathfinder. Sandy has been a Human Resources Director for various companies including Fairgreen Capital, Northside Realty, Barco, Inc. and NIIT. |

Kimberley Kelly, MBA Director of Marketing |

Kimberley Kelly is the Director of Marketing for NIIT’s Enterprise Learning Solutions Company. Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University and a Master of Business Administration from Myers University.
Ms. Kelly has overall responsibility for all aspects of business unit level marketing from strategy development, technology enablement, creative and art direction, branding/promotions to lead generation. She and her team also provide sales enablement support for 3 distinct NIIT brands across North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
Ms. Kelly brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial, sales & marketing and operations experiences to the ELS Management Team. Ms. Kelly has worked with leading brands including Zep Manufacturing, Delta Airlines, Mary Kay Cosmetics and Airborne Express (now DHL).
Upon meeting her you’ll clearly know why Kimberley is passion and energy personified. Ms. Kelly is the creator of the Business Impact.
