Exemplary track record across different organizations and geographies in contributing to significant increase in sales numbers / volumes, revenues and bottom-line profits.

Last 10 years has been specifically in the areas of Ed-Tech ,Global SI Digital Enablement and building Channel and Partnership ecosystem build and Go-To-Market. In the Technical Education and IT enablement sector, he has deep expertise in business growth across geographies, partnership and enterprise sales. He was instrumental in driving global deployments of digital enablement solutions and have transformed the IT skill landscape for many global organisations. He has a keen eye for performers and has hired, built, and scaled teams and mentored organisations across countries in the technology space. Prior to RPS_NIIT, Francis was the Channel Sales Director for Oracle University for Asia Pacific region.

He considers reading as an essential life-skill. Fiction to management to history and two daily newspapers. His patron of music of all genres, cinema (Indian and world) and travelling, which he believes is the best form of education and cooking ( which is his de-stresser )

Francis is based out of Bangalore, where he lives with his family which consists of his wife Anitha ( Project Manager – Kyndryl ) , son Ruben Jacob ( Final Year student BALLB) and their cat Shadow Jacob ( Chief Mischief Officer )
