Murale has over 25+ years of experience in successfully setting up and managing IT Cloud operations for large corporations such as EMC, Dell Technologies, and Occidental of Petroleum (Oxy). His core areas of expertise include establishing IT Cloud Infrastructure ground up and growing IT teams into organizations that support global operations. He has 15+ years of experience presenting and implementing digital IT transformative strategies. In Dell EMC (Dell Technologies) as the head of Global Technical Delivery Competency (Modern Infra (Enterprise Storage, Data Protection, HCI), Cloud, and Application) practices, conceptualized and implemented key partnerships.

Before joining EMC, Murale was an Infrastructure Leader at Occidental Petroleum Corporation, where he led IT Service and Operations for Oman and the Middle East countries. In this role, he initiated IT and communications services for a USD 5 billion acquisition that grew from a team of 100+. Murale and his team managed a proprietary geosciences software system valued at over 2 million USD annually. This system manages the simulation and design of a complex steam-flood project that produces over 55,000 barrels of oil per day with a projected output of 150,000 barrels per day in 2012

Murale is keen on establishing teams in EMC that contribute immense talent and value addition to overall organization goals. Murale holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering (Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, UK) and he is a Research mentor and scholar in advanced analytics (M.S. By Research) at VIT University, and MBA with Liverpool John Moores, University of Liverpool, UK. Murale lives with his family in Bangalore, India.
