Mohit Thukral is the Founder of Vivtera, a reliable, results driven global business transformation services firm focused on assisting Financial Services and Fast-Growth Tech companies. An accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience, Mohit is backed and trusted by leading Global Private Equity firm, Warburg Pincus for his new venture.

In his most recent role, he was the Executive Officer and Business Leader at Genpact and led the organisation’s largest vertical (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) globally. In 2005, Mohit played a pivotal role in transforming GE Capital International Services (GECIS) to Genpact and grew its businesses across North America, Europe, and Australia.

An acknowledged thought leader, Mohit has served as an elected member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, where he spearheaded ‘FutureSkills’ – a special skilling initiative for the talent pool of India.

Mohit is on the Global Corporate Advisory Board of edX.org founded by Harvard and MIT. Additionally, he is the founder and trustee at the Re-imagining Higher Education Foundation (RHEF) and founding member of Ashoka University.

Mohit mentors young entrepreneurs and invests in promising early stage businesses. Mohit earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and has completed an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
