Highlights of NIIT India Confluence 2023



The 6th edition of NIIT India Confluence was a grand success. Like all good things, the exciting event came to an end, but only with the promise to return next year with more exciting sessions.

During the conference held over three days from Feb 1-3, we had deep discussions around the theme - 'Thrive: Accelerating Growth in a 'broken' Talent Environment', to decode the current talent environment and ecosystem. We witnessed the industry come together to address challenges such as higher attrition, moonlighting, rage applying, quiet quitting, and the misalignment of the workforce with organizational imperatives through incisive panels, fireside chats, breakout sessions, and industry keynotes in this thought-provoking and insightful platform.

NIIT takes pride in being a catalyst in facilitating conversations that identify relevant solutions to pressing challenges faced across the larger talent ecosystem.
