The minimum eligibility to join is:
  • If you have a minimum of 50% in class X, XII, and graduation in regular mode, you're eligible.
  • Open to all streams except Engineering, MBA, CA, CS, & ICWAI— launch banking career!
  • Max 1-year gap allowed between 10th & graduation, including medical or course breaks.
  • Calling future leaders! Open to freshers & professionals with up to 1 year of experience, except ICICI group alumni.

    Frequently asked questions

    Graduates from any stream except engineering (with or without work experience) with age between 19-25 years (at the training start date) and who are interested to have a rewarding career in ICICI Bank.

    Candidates will need to appear for Aptitude test (which tests Numerical Comprehension, Verbal Comprehension & Logical Reasoning), English Proficiency Test (where student’s basic English writing skills are evaluated), ICICI Bank Sales Profiler Test (that checks a candidate’s aptitude for sales profiles), followed by a personal Interview with NIIT & ICICI Panellist. A candidate who clears all the above rounds is eligible to register for the programme.

    The programme comes with a placement offer from ICICI Bank. On successful completion of the course, the candidates will be absorbed in the bank but the exact assignment and nature of the work will be the sole prerogative of ICICI Bank. Sales will be an essential feature of all the possible roles.

    This programme is immersive and provides you with a realistic experience of working with customers, products, processes, and systems of ICICI Bank. The programme will extensively engage you in role plays, case studies, persona-based problem solving, and assignments to get you ready for the Relationship Manager role. Expert faculty act as mentors throughout the learning journey. The programme incorporates the latest knowledge of the products and processes of ICICI Bank.

    NIIT Digital is a Learner Experience Platform where a learner will have access to complete programme related information such as learner dashboard, learning schedule, self-paced learning content, Live sessions, assessments, faculty and learner engagement, batch group engagement, notifications, and other related delivery services as applicable to the course. The platform facilitates ease of access through laptops and mobile devices for a rich experience.
